I had been to two other Audi dealers a bit closer to my home but I was dissatisfied. So after reading some reviews online, I decided to take a chance at this Herb Chambers Audi Dealership in Burlington. I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the Showroom, Jay greeted me with a smile. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things Audi, as well as friendly and helpful. We made a deal on a fair price pretty quickly--I found Jay and the entire dealership very sincere and not pushy. When I picked up the car, Jay spent some serious time with me going over everything that I needed to know. He and this dealership, have been outstanding in every respect, from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another nearby Audi dealership (not to be named), it was refreshing to work with Herb Chambers of Burlington. My Sales Consultant Caitlin Meuse was honest and attentive. The sales manager, Nick Dota, took the time to work the numbers with me and his methods were transparent. Overall, I think I got a fair deal without a big hassle. On delivery of the car, Caitlin spent a great amount of time with me going over the car's features and didn't try to rush me through the process. If hadn’t been for Jim Parolisi putting me into the loaner Q5 back in February, I’d probably be driving an X5 as that’s why I originally had my eyes on. Your service team is top shelf and the customer service Jim has provided the past four years is one of the main reasons for wanting to continue the relationship for years to come. Herb Chambers Audi and Jim Parolisi have changed this. Not only am I now loyal to Audi but I will definitely buy my next car from Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington! I am all about the experience and service, whether it’s a restaurant or a car dealership, I expect good service. At a restaurant, I'll choose great service over exceptional food every time, as poor service will ruin my meal. I would also rather pay more for a car and drive further, in order to receive great service form the dealer. Not only was my purchase experience easy and painless, the service I have received after the sale has been EXCEPTIONAL! Anyone who knows me would be VERY impressed by me saying that, as it is very infrequent you will hear those words come from my mouth. Jim Parolisi has been nothing less than outstanding as my service consultant over the past year. We all have enough stress in our lives, my experience with care dealers is they generally add to it. With-in a hour all concerns were put to rest,most notably by our sales person Jay Levy and his manager Nick Dota. We made a deal that was extremely comfortable for us.
