Clear statements about the diagnostic results, and clear path forward was presented. He was very knowledgeable about the specific issues with my vehicle, and my A4 is now running great. I also have a '16 S5, and will bring it to Jim in the future. More

Everything went smooth and nothing unexpected Very good experience overall. If I have to pick some bones from an egg, I would say I got an A3 as a loner car, although I own a Q7. I cannot say enough good things about the service department, which I strongly believe it is the best in the area. Their service advisor are top notch, always courteous and professional, the appointments are timely, and they always have a loaner car available. Last, but not least, I cannot say enough about Jim Parolisi who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. On the sales side, we are on our second lease though this dealership, and the second car was custom ordered from Germany because the color/trim/options package we wanted was not available in the US. They made the process a breeze and my only regret was not going the "extra mile" to chose European delivery. More

I have no hesitation to call them up and schedule my vehicle for service and have recommended friends and family to do the same. Their level of attention to detail and professionalism, as well as capability in servicing my vehicle is well beyond anything I've experienced at other service departments. More
