Audi Burlinbgton is run by a group of individuals who will go beyond any expectations that I have from any Car Dealership. My problem was immediately their problem and the whole team (From the General Manager Adnan to the Sales team (Josh / Nick / Peter) to the finance team (Shawn) to the service team (Cindy) were collaborating to help me out with my situation of owning the TDI. A8L. Long story short, I went in to service my 2014 A8L TDI and I walked out with a 2016 A8L 4.0 Gas version. Audi Burlington team has won me over for rest of my car purchasing life. Knowing I wanted to buy a new car and Herb Chambers has the most product, I sought a dealership that would have the variety of product choice yet can accommodate that I live in new Hampshire and is equipped to sell a vehicle across state lines. As it turns out, I had a chiropractic appointment, and I struck up a conversation with an Audi technician. To make a long story short, he introduced me to Brendan Leary the only sales person he could recommend. Brendan Leary went out of his way to make this event happen - driving two hours to my home (with the new car) to register it and transfer ownership from the dealership to me. Bought Used - Treated like Royalty! I bought a previously owned Mercedes from Jay. We took multiple cars on test drives and discussed the pros and cons of each during and after the drives. When it came time to negotiate price we had a bit of back and forth, but it wasn't uncomfortable or contentious. Took a while - but to say the least, I was quite pleased! After picking up the car and driving it for a few days there were a few specific things I either didn't like about the way the car drove. I brought it back and then met with Mikail and Jay together. First of all, they helped me understand a few things about this newer model car after going out driving with me and observing my operation. Then we in fact discovered a few minor things (previously not noticed wheel rash and some brake vibration. They fixed everything - i don't think I ever even got to the point of even asking/ demanding. If it wasn't quite right they offered to have it fixed - and they did so in no time. Mind you - the deal was closed. They had no obligation, but did it to make sure I was happy - and - I'd come back again! Well, my wife loves the car - and I am excited about the 2017 Audi Q5 - probably going to visit the guys again in a year or so. Wonderful experience - Jeff More

He went above and beyond -- because I started a new job the week I got the new car, I did not have a lot of time to pick it up and get the plates transferred and the vehicle inspected. He drove the new car to my work, and did the switch with the old one. I went into work in the morning with a 2013 and left work and drove home in my new 2016. Fun and wonderful! I also had a couple of issues within days of owning the new car -- even though they were not sales related, Brendan was on top of it and made great recommendations for next steps.
