Excellent experience Derek Brodeur was friendly & efficient I made an appointment at Audi of Burlington for a scheduled maintenance and to replace a road hazard tire under my insurance policy I bought with the I made an appointment at Audi of Burlington for a scheduled maintenance and to replace a road hazard tire under my insurance policy I bought with the new car When I arrived I was greeted by 2 friendly attendants in a very clean drive thru area and ushered into a service advisor Derek Brodeur He looked up my info and within minutes saw I had the tire insurance ,found out the new tire was in stock and told me my car would be serviced,tire replaced and the car would be cleaned .This would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and ushered me to a very comfortable waiting area where I could do some work and watch TV He called me over in about 1 hour & 45 minutes ,the car was all set and within a few minutes I was on my way. It was a ver pleasant experience. More

I especially appreciated Zak giving us an abbreviated car tour while we waited for a sales rep to be available on a busy Saturday afternoon, and Brian was not overly pushy and was great about answering questions throughout the process in person, via phone, and via email. Finally, Josh got us through the final purchase steps quickly on a busy Monday night when we were eager to wrap things up and get home. Great experience all around! More
