No matter how miniscule an issue I may have with my car may be Jeff addresses it with the utmost importance. He will go into depth on the issue and how they plan to address it. I have never once left my car with him and felt uncomfortable. Anyone I know that has an Audi I only refer them to Jeff as I have had nothing but the best experience and service. I cannot say enough good things about the service department, which I strongly believe it is the best in the area. Their service advisor are top notch, always courteous and professional, the appointments are timely, and they always have a loaner car available. Last, but not least, I cannot say enough about Jim Parolisi who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. On the sales side, we are on our second lease though this dealership, and the second car was custom ordered from Germany because the color/trim/options package we wanted was not available in the US. They made the process a breeze and my only regret was not going the "extra mile" to chose European delivery. More
