Thrilled in Utah I had a wonderful online transaction experience with Audi Burlington! Until now, I had never purchased much more than a toaster online. But after a couple years of searching online for the perfect Audi, I found a vehicle that resonated with me. It was not the perfect timing but the vehicle was perfect so I moved forward. There were difficulties inherent to a long distance transaction but Lauren Savage and Selma Rakovic helped me work through the details and stuck with me when we hit snags. Even without a personal relationship with me, Lauren worked tirelessly and advocated for me through the process. The general manager, Adnan Sehovic, condescended to help with some of the details which showed a commitment to customer service throughout the levels of the organization. Now I have my dream S8 in my garage, thrilled with my experience effected from 2,000 miles away. I only wish that I were closer for my next transaction with them. He has always been helpful, friendly and professional. As an example, on one visit I needed a new tire but forgot to mention tire replacement was included in my lease agreement. When I realized my oversight more than half way through the visit, I went up to the service counter to ask if it had been accounted for. It hadn't, but he went the extra step late in the game to reprocess the work order. Simply put, he makes sure everything is done right. Thank you, Derek! More
