Best Car Buying Experience...Ever!!!! Recently decided to trade-in my Volvo SUV for an Audi. I found a few available vehicles online and decided to swing by the dealership to check them al Recently decided to trade-in my Volvo SUV for an Audi. I found a few available vehicles online and decided to swing by the dealership to check them all out. When I arrived, Brendan was in the lobby and promptly asked if I needed any assistance. I told him about the few options I was looking at and he quickly offered his help to see if the vehicles were available. Right from the start Brendan was warm, engaging, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. The vehicle I had my sights set on was just purchased that very same day, but quickly Brendan located another car with similar specifications to the one I wanted. He located the car for me, took me for a test drive, and walked me through some features. Having never owned an Audi before, I had a million questions, and every single one Brendan had an answer to. Upon leaving, I told Brendan that I would like to trade in my current Volvo. Over the next two days Brendan got all the information about this newly stocked vehicle to me, my trade-in information, and other information that I had requested. On Saturday, I came in, took the car for one last test drive, and decided to purchase the vehicle. When it came time to negotiating on the price of the new vehicle and my trade-in Brendan made the process as pain free as possible. I truly felt like he was on my side, ensuring that I was comfortable and getting the best deal. Very quickly we came to an agreement. Two days later I picked up the vehicle. It was beautifully detailed, and had a nice handwritten sign hanging from the rear view mirror. Brendan went through the entire on-boarding one more time with me, walked the car to ensure it was in top shape, and gave me all his contact information.
