He took the time to understand my needs, was always quick to respond to questions, and didn't play the typical "games" (that the other dealer did). When I first walked in, I knew I was in the right place. Not only was I aware of the strong inventory, which is what drew me in there initially, I felt as though I was being given a little time to just look around without being "attacked" by several salespeople (something I had experienced in the past at other dealerships). At just the right time, I was gently approached by Kathleen Hutchinson, who guided me through the entire process, by listening carefully to what I wanted and didn't want, sharing several options, and then finding what was right for me. Not once did I feel pressured in any way. (This was important!!) From the test drives, to the decision-making, to the car delivery and presentation, Kathleen Hutchinson was knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and the reason I would have no hesitation at all about returning there in the future.
