He never tried to sell me more than I wanted nor did he ever pressure me to consider anything more than I wanted, even though it would have been much easier for him. He had to work very hard to get me the car I wanted. I was difficult at times but Brendan NEVER showed anything but the utmost professionalism and empathetic patience. He was always sincere, pleasant, genuine and a great communicator. He was always prompt and thorough in responding to my messages. I look forward to buying my next Audi from Brendan. More

They just let me on my way with none of the usual things you'd expect. I came back later that day and bought the car. Even after buying it, they promised to follow up on a couple of minor items to make me 100% satisfied. I trust they will be doing that. More

In addition, Tres stayed within the budget that I had in mind when purchasing and worked very hard to meet my expectations.
