I recently purchased my Q7 from Audi Burlington with the assistance of Pedro Aponte (Brand Specialist) & George Kotsiras (GM). The process was smooth from beginning to end , including coordinating the reque assistance of Pedro Aponte (Brand Specialist) & George Kotsiras (GM). The process was smooth from beginning to end , including coordinating the request of this car from their other Herb Chambers location and bringing all the necessary paperwork at my Town Clerk in NH. They were both prompt with their responses and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I also returned to their service department a few days after the purchase to take care of a minor noise I was hearing, and Ray Hebert (Service Advisor) addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion. Overall, I would recommend Audi Burlington and a happy owner of the Audi Q7 Prestige! More

This was my 2nd time getting my car serviced here. I was there for a recall, software upgrade and also ended up getting an oil change since I was almost due. I said I was going to wait but then mentioned I there for a recall, software upgrade and also ended up getting an oil change since I was almost due. I said I was going to wait but then mentioned I also had errands, They offered me a loaner, but I declined, since they also said the service would be less than 2 hours. Considering all I got done, and a wash and vacuum thrown in, it was a fast and easy visit and I was able to work while in the waiting area. The team is polite, fast and courteous! More
