And as promised, the work was done within a few days and to my satisfaction. He even met me at my convenience (both the time and place) to sign the final paperwork while the car was being repaired, as it was a little bit of a drive to the dealership. On delivery day, Brendan had the car ready at the time promised, detailed and with a full tank of gas. He gave me a tutorial of the car's equipment and answered all my questions.
