I typically NEVER use a dealer for service because of past experience and cost but this dealer has earned my business for the things I don’t have the tools to do myself. They have always been attentive a past experience and cost but this dealer has earned my business for the things I don’t have the tools to do myself. They have always been attentive and empathetic while setting CLEAR expectations. I had Herby as my service advisor and he was proactive, helpful, and beyond friendly. I’ll be buying another car soon and I think I’ll try their sales team next. More
