I had an excellent experience with Audi of Burlington this morning! I had a recall and complimentary inspection performed on my 2018 Audi A4 and the 45k mile scheduled maintenance and inspection perform this morning! I had a recall and complimentary inspection performed on my 2018 Audi A4 and the 45k mile scheduled maintenance and inspection performed on my 2016 Audi S5 Convertible. My service advisor Herby was wonderful! He even got my a Lifte ride to and from the dealership which was greatly appreciated! I place an order with parts for an accessory and that was also a pleasant experience. The cashier was wonderful too! Thank you Audi of Burlington for your 5 star service! More

Paid $411 for 100k miles service 10minutes after leaving dealership the check tires under deflated light came on. Call and was told no service tech available will get call back I'm still waiting.
