Hi Len, As I stated to you before, we extract oil from the top with suction and do not touch drain plugs under the car as Audi suggests. I see that we have only performed one oil service on your car. It looks like the result of having multiple oil changes done by a shop or shops that drain from the bottom and/or don’t torque the plug properly. It was likely done by the shop that did your last oil service before we did our first for you. It was also not seen by us because we would not have removed the underbody shield to access the drain plug. -Matthew Brickey mbrickey@herbchambers.com
