I would recommend the staff (Pedro) anytime and not necessarily the dealership itself. Didn’t much appreciate the reception we got when we walked in. All the staff were sitting at their desk and looking at us like “what they want”? Pedro stepped to the plate to offer assistance he was pleasant, patient, humorous, answered our questions and was very professional. When we returned to test drive the staff were milling around and walking up to us to offer help. No! Two days prior you couldn’t be bothered, that kind of reception leaves a bad taste in one’s mouth. Your sales staff should take a page from Pedro’s book because you don’t know who is walking through your doors at any given time. First impressions are lasting impressions. Had not for Pedro, we would have gone some place else!! BTW- the gentleman in your finance dept that we worked with, also very professional, his name escapes me at this time More
