Laris was the perfect sales person for us. He listens, he is not pushy, he is knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process of acquiring the car. We had a special challenge of buying the car in Massachussets while living in Maine. When Laris learned that he said, "I'm so glad you told me that, because we have a special process to help you which includes us bringing to car to you, at no extra charge, and help to ensure you only pay sales tax once, in your own state. That solved a big problem for me and my wife. During the whole sales process, Laris answered all questions or said, I can find out, and he always did. Finally, we had a challenge with the finance person being busy for the next 3 hours. We couldn't wait 3 hours and we didn't need financing, so Laris was able to accelerate the process by helping the finance person to get the paperwork printed, finding an error, fixing it, re-printing, and we were able to sign and get on the road for our 3.5 hour drive several hours faster. Laris is very persnoable and comes across as a very trustworthy person who is truly interested in making the car buying experience as pleasent and non-stressful as possible. We have now bough our last 4 cars (Lexus, BMW and now Audi) from Herb Chambers and it seems as if they hire and train people better than other dealers, they also arm them with good processes such as the ability to deliver the car at no charge to us 3.5 hours away up in Maine. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Laris if you are looking for a new or pre-owned Audi. More
