I am the type of buyer that likes to do a lot of on-line research before I step foot in a dealership. Herb Chambers makes a lot of information available to buyers on their website including AutoiPacket and research before I step foot in a dealership. Herb Chambers makes a lot of information available to buyers on their website including AutoiPacket and PureCars. Between the two of these apps you have every bit of intelligence possible available about the car including service history, reported crashes and price history. If you take advantage of these tools, you've eliminated the guess work. Herb Chambers is pretty competitive with pricing and this particular car did have some price reductions over time. As a result, they weren't willing to negotiate further on price. I knew going in that the car was already well priced so that wasn't an issue. In fact, it was nice not having to haggle. The sales experience was polite and professional and my sales consultant Nicoly was great about communicating without being overbearing. Sven, the finance manager was equally professional, patiently explaining everything and explaining optional products that were available to extend protection. At every turn my time was respected and I was treated as a valued customer. An overall really positive experience. More
