I purchased the A4 from this dealer in 2010 and have been coming back for yearly maintenance. The first year was covered by Audi so going back to the dealer was straight forward. The staff at Open Road were friendly and the price of the visit was reasonable (especially with the discount coupons that the dealer sent me).
