Dear Mr. Malhorta, We apologize, but there isn't anything that we can do for you in this situation. Unfortunately, your Audi belongs to Audi Financial Services, which means we have nothing to do with your final payment. Since you went ahead and leased a Mercedes before your Audi lease was up, you are still responsible for the final payment on your Audi. Audi corporate is also aware of your situation and they have come to the conclusion that they aren't going to be able to assist you, either. We are sorry that you aren't happy with us, but this situation is out of our hands. It belongs to Audi Financial Services. Since you are the owner of the lease, the responsibility for your final Audi payment falls directly in your lap. We understand that having the Audi payment along with your new Mercedes payment is overwhelming, but it is still your responsibility to complete the final payment to Audi Financial Services. Again, we are sorry that you're unhappy with this decision, but we aren't able to assist you further. Janet Feliciano General Manager
