I had the pleasure of working with Aramayis Grigoryan from Audi Brookline. He was on top of scheduling and arranging a loaner car (not always easy to get them at some dealers). This place is lucky they have people like Aramayis and Kervens. Without those two I would have bailed on this dealer months ago. The new facility is nice, but Herb Chambers as a network is super greedy. 5 star rating is to reflect my experience with Aramayis and Kervens specifically. More
