Bought an Audi here about 6 months ago. Paid extra for an exterior protection plan, which I was assured covered dings, scratches, rock chips, etc. I showed up today for a scratch on my door only to find an exterior protection plan, which I was assured covered dings, scratches, rock chips, etc. I showed up today for a scratch on my door only to find out the protection plan does not cover scratches that go through the paint..
