Not sure if there has been ownership or major management change but service was performed on time and exactly as promised. I don't have to think twice about alternative option for next service. More

Sold me a lemon and a warranty that dealership won't honor I unfortunately fell into buying an overpriced warranty for an overpriced car that was "highly recommended". At the time of sale, Shelley stated the I unfortunately fell into buying an overpriced warranty for an overpriced car that was "highly recommended". At the time of sale, Shelley stated the dealership can do ALL work on this car with this warranty and that everything would be covered. I had car issues only THREE months after buying the car and the service department stated that "the sales people don't know what they're talking about ....we can't work on this car". Shelley was notified regarding giving me wrong information and all she wanted to do is sell me a more expensive warranty with no deductible when the service department would still not be able to do anything about fixing the problem. The dealership, sales person, and service department have no right to be selling a car they know nothing about. I traded in a very nice car for a lemon and feel completely taken for. I want my car back! I will NEVER buy from this dealership again and everyone I can possible tell will know about it! More

I have taken the car before and they have done quality work. Service is terrible. More
