Shabbaz was not only passive aggressive towards us, but treated us with zero class, and embarrassed us. That's not how you treat any client, especially someone that already owns an Audi. I'll be reaching out to Audi Corporate and Fletcher Jones to file a formal complaint on the way things were handled this evening. I hope this changes the way they go about business.
