Excellent Service from Sales and Finance We had an appointment for 10:00am (opening time) on a Saturday and although no one could seem to help us figure out how to help us keep it, Ehab stepp We had an appointment for 10:00am (opening time) on a Saturday and although no one could seem to help us figure out how to help us keep it, Ehab stepped in and helped us the entire time while we were there to check out, test drive, and ultimately leave with an Audi A3 e-tron on the same day. There were a couple other hiccups during our visit but ultimately everyone was so great that it didn't really matter. I really liked how Ehab gave me a ton of pointers about the vehicle's functions. I am new to Audi and to hybrids, so the extra advice was definitely appreciated! He even texted me after we left so that I would have a direct contact in case I had any questions about anything. I wish I could remember the name of the girl we worked with in the finance department, but she was really helpful as well, and she helped us get through all the paperwork efficiently.
