This team of people provide with me the highest level of CUSTOMER SERVICE anytime I bring my Audi in for service issues. The service department is very friendly, flexible and professional. Ive driven from San Diego to LA just to get my car serviced. I have been leasing Audi's for over 15 years. I have generally had good experiences particularly with the service departments. This most recent visit has been astoundingly bad. My car has 3500 mi I have generally had good experiences particularly with the service departments. This most recent visit has been astoundingly bad. My car has 3500 miles on it. I brought it in for it's first service. They had it for 4 days and when I picked it up, they gave me back a car that was absolutely filthy. When I complained they said they would wash it if I wanted to wait another half hour, which I didn't have time for. The check engine light came on 10 minutes after I left, a few days later the oil check light came on and when I pulled over to check it there wasn't a single drop of oil on the dip stick. Luckily, I had oil in my trunk and was able to add oil and then drove it back to the dealership. They then had my car for another 5 days and never bothered to call me to tell me what was going on, when I try calling them, they are impossible to reach. When I asked the operator who answered, why they won't pick up the phone in the service department, he was rude and said they have high call volume. For the prices they charge, maybe they should trying hiring a few more people. I see I'm not the only one who is complaining about not being able to reach the service department after multiple phone calls and poor service. Sadly, this place has really gone down hill. I hope this is not the post-pandemic norm. More

I made plans to drive from. Las Vegas to Beverly Hills dealership to see the Audi A8 they advertised for sale on your site. But, to my astonishment I was sent an e-mail that they have suspended all out of state sales. Thought your site was a nationwide sales site? I have express my concerns directly to them and if you are really concerned I can send you the correspondence. I have since purchased an A8 from another dealer on your site in North Carolina. I fly out and pick it up this coming Thursday. More
