Gold-Standard Experience Once Again! Fell in love with the 2019 Audi Q8 flagship suv. My wife is huge on getting a deal, and relentless when it comes to the numbers. In the end, the only guy ever willing to give the most aggressive deal is Michael Tesh, Fleet Manager at Audi Beverly Hills. He’s gotten us into 3 Audi’s now, and every time has been patient and willing to work with us so we walk away happy and with the perfect car. When you show up, he has the exact car with exact specs totally washed, detailed, and waiting right in the showroom. Literally only took an hour to complete the whole thing which includes the signing contracts portion. If you get an Audi, the only dealership where the level of preparedness and service expertise is at the 5-star level is Audi Beverly Hills. They have the largest fleet with every model and trim package possible. And the guy you’re looking for is Michael Tesh. Thanks bud, and this Q8 is a straight-up showstopper!!! Truly appreciate your efforts and staying until almost 10pm for us! More

Lied to and ripped off with a smile I want to give 2 stars, but being nice doesn't mean you can get away with selling a broken, unsafe car to someone. Recently I have been on the prowl for the perfect Allroad to meet my future project needs. Though for the time being it would be my wife's daily. In finding the vehicle, it just so happened to be in the one place I just moved from. Go figure. Upon calling the dealership to get the information about the vehicle, I was told up and down that the vehicle was in "almost new condition" despite its age (28k miles). Also stating there is no damage on the vehicle. I have a regular checklist I go through in purchasing a vehicle to ensure I want to move forward with the next step. After speaking with the Internet Sales Manager, who was very nice but had zero experience in sales purchase out of state attempted to keep me informed, however with misinformation. I was also educating them on how the process works and doing research for them to complete the purchase (out of state transfers, taxes, registration..etc). I had the money on day one to purchase. Everyday for almost a week and a half before I was able to finally purchase the vehicle, there was a new issue I had to jump through that seemed like they were trying to prevent the purchase as it was too complicated. Complications they were making and were no issue with any other purchase I have ever done. Owning 11 Audi's between my wife and I had never ran into and majority of them I purchased were all out of state. She tried to sell me on VW Financial but once I said I had my own financial institution, the red carpet was taken away. Examples of the excuses they made were, we can't sell out of state because of taxes, we don't have the title and your bank won't allow it, we will get fined 25% of the cars value every month we don't turn in the title, obtaining the title from the DMV takes months, we won't accept anything but a cashiers check from your bank (had to reapply for a loan)...etc. Not only did the excuses come rolling out and the imaginary hoops I had to jump through, but they changed the total price of the purchase 5 times. I have documents of each one. This is where I should have just said no thanks, but I had tunnel vision in getting what I wanted. I was suggested a car transport service as they would not allow the vehicle to leave on anything other than an enclosed carrier. Ok, I bit. Used their recommendation. This was a horrible idea as not only were they a broker, but was told I would receive the car by friday and it was picked up Tuesday late morning. Driver didn't leave California until Friday and arrived at the house Sunday midnight demanding we accept the car then as he had other places to be. This driver, who I couldn't even get a hold of for 3 full days trying to figure out where my car was. If you are recommending a service like this, you are slandering your word as unreliable. Back to the dealership, I received the vehicle with damage on the rear fender flare as someone side swiped something, dent in the rear valance, brown stains on the seat, an assortment of error codes from the ECU, and dry rotted tires. These tires were placed on the vehicle coming off the dealership in 2012 and its 2019. Most of the dry rot, chunks of tire missing and uneven wear was all on the inside of the tire. They sold a very unsafe vehicle and apparently this vehicle was never inspected. If so, extreme negligence from their technicians and quality control departments. I replaced the tires only to find out they crumbled when they were being taken off. The shop I took them to was impressed that they didn't blow sooner and surprised a dealership sold something like this. I spoke to 2 of their Loyalty Consultants and explained the situation, sending them pictures of the damage and issues I ran into. All they replied back with was "...I will pass this along." Zero assistance in rectifying any of these issues and the only one I wanted fixed was the fender flare. Sad. Apparently good service comes with new cars, not used. Could I buy new? Most certainly and easily. Have pictures and documentation to support my claims. Some are within my google review. More

appreciate carlos' thoroughness. I bought my 2018 S5 Prestige from Farhad in late June 2017. I love the car although i had to adjust to it a bit. I've been a manual shift driver all my life, and my last three cars were Porsches. The automation in the new car sometimes irritates me...e.g. "remote key not recognized"! and other warnings. I also liked the puddle lights on the A4 courtesy car and wished they'd been included in my S5...wonder why not? i bought the top of the line model and it would seem that these would have been included. I've been to Audi BH around 5 x with various software issues. Wonder if that was because i bought an early 2018 S5. I also had a technician put too much oil in my car on the first service visit from new. I had to come back and had it drained. Tech thought it was an A5. Duh. The A5 loaner from Wednesday was really nice, however. I chose Audi BH because the inventory was great, much better than SM Audi. Thank you very much. The center on Fairfax is much better and less congested than the Wilshire branch. More
