The Worst service experience in three years at this center I had a very unpleasant experience with Ken Kritzer. Ken called me at 12:46PM on Saturday asking to pick up my my car and return the loaner by 3:00PM I had a very unpleasant experience with Ken Kritzer. Ken called me at 12:46PM on Saturday asking to pick up my my car and return the loaner by 3:00PM the same day and argued that If I don't do so, he'll charge me $150/day and that I signed the loaner agreement acknowledging that. The loaner agreement that I signed says under Loaner Agreement Terms & Conditions, Return: Courtesy Vehicles must be returned within 16 hours of completion of his/her vehicle. Failure to do so may result in charges ranging from $100 to $150 per day,..., which means he had no legal standing to charge me or even request that I return the loaner within 2 hours. Anyways, it might seem like a nuisance, but Ken was rude, questioning my day planning decisions and personal matters. In the end he didn't charge me, but why treat a repeat a customer that way? More
