Overcharged and Undelivered In mid November 2019 I located a great deal online for a 2019 certified pre-owned A6 at Audi Beverly Hills. Being that I live in Texas, I engaged with In mid November 2019 I located a great deal online for a 2019 certified pre-owned A6 at Audi Beverly Hills. Being that I live in Texas, I engaged with Audi BH online to express my interest in purchasing. They told me I would have to fly to them to purchase in person. Though it was a huge inconvenience and added expense, I obliged. Little did I know that was only the beginning of what would be a long list of issues with them… My assigned salesperson was Hessam Ehsani, and his manager was Steven Drury. My first issue – they refused to honor the Certified Pre Owned designation listed in their ad. Steven said it was a mistake and if I wanted my car to be a CPO (an additional year in warranty), it would be an additional $3000. After several minutes of back and forth, they finally agreed to honor their own ad. Next issue – My offer sheet included $2000 shipping fee from California to Texas and a $350 document fee that I was told was for the cost of overnighting my temporary permit and license plates. When asked why shipping was so expensive, I was told it was because shipping out of California specifically is painfully expensive due to regulations and that the fee was non negotiable and that I would have to use their shipper. This despite the fact that in the days leading up to my arrival the internet sales person told me my shipping costs would be about $900 - $1500. Steven would later refuse to honor this initial estimate, saying his internet rep Sasha was not authorized or capable of finding an exact shipping price (even though I was able to get my own shipping price over the phone in their office In under 5 minutes). Speaking of which, when I did finally look up the cost of shipping with my own quote, it was no higher than shipping to or from anywhere else in the country and I was able to get a quote for $999 for a fully covered trailer from Beverly Hills to Dallas…. Half of the $2000 I was initially quoted (Steven would later drop it to $1650 as a “courtesy” since they took so long w/ the purchase I missed my flight home and had to get a hotel overnight). Unfortunately by the time I found my own quote for $999, Steven had left and the deal was being signed. When I later called Steven about what I found, he said he would call me back and see what he could do about reducing the cost... I would never receive that call back. Next issue – When my car finally did arrive, it was clearly not shipped in a covered trailer. Indeed, it was shipped in the open through the Arizona dessert. It arrived caked in dirt and sand in the dead of night. It was under these conditions that I was required to inspect the car for aesthetic damage (a near impossibility) and sign off. Next issue – My car was sent with a single key. I asked for a second key and they agreed to order and ship another key. Problem is, when I went to get the key programmed my local dealership charged me $86 for that programming. When I asked Audi BH to reimburse me for the programming charge, I received silence in response. Next issue – As of the writing of this review, I cannot legally drive my vehicle. My temporary tags expired yesterday and despite paying $350 for some FedEX document shipping fee, they did not send any additional temporary tags and I do not have my Texas plates. I literally cannot drive my car legally this very moment, because of the negligence or incompetence of Audi Beverly Hills and/or whatever suppliers it uses for this "concierge" document service. Overall Audi Beverly Hills made what was supposed to be a joyous occasion, a huge and lasting headache. If you’re on the market for a new Audi, whether in California or outside of it, I highly recommend you steer clear of Audi BH. This is my second time purchasing a luxury vehicle and I can tell you emphatically in comparison, that these guys do not know how to deliver a luxury experience. From the fact that their dealership doesn’t have any snacks to satiate buyers while they sit through the 5 hour purchase process, to the fact that nearly every request of mine was met with an excuse, a deception, or a reason why they “can’t”. I have been thoroughly displeased with the overall experience and it has soured me on the Audi brand as a whole. More

I was thinking of finding a new place for repairs but now will stick with Audi Beverly Hills. More
Reza helped out wonderfully, and kept communication open and frequent when my car was being serviced.
