Q5 for its free 1st service. Got a 2021 Q3 loaner. The day after with my eTron for a Service Campaign. Unfortunately, they ran out of Audi loaners. Was given an option for Uber 2 ways or Enterprise. Rental. I thought about being in a 45 minute ride with a stranger during Covid so opted for enterprise since it was only 5 minutes away. Got a medium GMC SUV- made me really appreciate my Audi’s! One thing during Covid, I would suggest is that service advertise on how they are cleaning the vehicle after service. Other dealers are stating disinfectant Clean Pur or other similar products. The only issue that persists is that the online service portal on their website has been broken for more than a month. I mentioned it to Omar when they called on the phone. More

My Service Advisor Yullisa was absolutely fantastic, she was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, an all around lovely person. We had an engaging conversation regarding the future of electric vehicles (my other vehicle is an EV). Yullisa, clearly has a passion for EV automotive technology. It was refreshing speaking to someone as intelligent and well informed about automotive technology as herself. In the past, I have always felt I was more knowledgeable concerning the technology in my vehicle than the Service Advisors , not the case with Yulissa, I'm positive she could teach me a thing or two about my car I never knew!
