Consequently, I endured an entire night stranded on the freeway, languishing for a staggering 6 hours as I awaited the arrival of a tow truck. Following that ordeal, I was marooned at the service station for an additional 3 hours, only to be informed that my car would be whisked away for several days of repairs—with no replacement vehicle offered. When I endeavored to contact the service department to inquire about obtaining a substitute car during the repair period, I was met with a maddening maze of transferred calls and unanswered questions.
