NIGHTMARE FROM xxxx CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Situation we’ve been going through the last 60 hours is unresolved. The car we purchased on 12/31 issued us an emergency "electrical system malfunction" alert in the afternoon on 1/1 (less than 20hours off the lot). Audi Roadside assistance is the first pain we had to deal with. We had to wait 2.5hrs for a tow truck in the middle of Los Angeles. Other services would have been faster but we were told that using an outside roadside option could affect our warranty coverage. They had to store the car overnight at their facility but the car was not delivered to Audi BH service until noon the next day. I had to spend an additional 3 hours on the phone with Audi just to make sure the car was delivered. Car was finally delivered with a nice big hole in the bumper from the tow truck. In the meantime, we contacted the dealership and let them know what was happening. They were polite enough, but all they did was send us an Uber to get a ride home which did not work so we had to wait and order one ourselves. The next morning NO ONE from the dealership reached out to me at all in regards to the issue at hand. I sent emails and made phone calls to every manager I knew of and continued to get the run around. I finally got a call late in the day saying they were looking into it, but no one was able to get us a loaner or connect us to any of their managers. The following day (today) I received one email from customer support saying they were looking into things after my 5th email and Nth call. No one called me back. I called again and was connected to my original sales associate who has the day off and cannot make any decisions on this. Then, the service department called me to let me know they could not find the car and was I sure it was delivered? Yes, I am sure because I had multiple people confirm it the previous day. Another call, yes they do have the car and have started assessing the vehicle but are totally unaware of what problem we were having and the damage from the tow truck. I call again, ask for the general manager, am put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to a customer support representative. I explain the entire situation to her for what at this point is probably the 15th time I've gone over it with whoever is on the phone. She says she'll connect with Steven and Nadia and the service department and get back to me. Crickets. I truly cannot emphasize enough how horrible this dealership is. Company wide incompetence and the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I'll add, the minute I had signed the paperwork for the extended warranty the finance manager told me to sell the car the day the warranty expires implying the car is basically a hunk of junk. These people are crooks. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! More

Upon purchasing Audi Q8 from this dealer, I was unequivocally guaranteed that every system and part had undergone rigorous testing and was functioning flawlessly prior to sale. Alas, a mere 5 days into my journey with the car, it abruptly ceased to function in the middle of the freeway. By some divine grace, I narrowly avoided a calamitous accident, managing to drift perilously to the safety of the roadside—fortuitously, it was night. Consequently, I endured an entire night stranded on the freeway, languishing for a staggering 6 hours as I awaited the arrival of a tow truck. Following that ordeal, I was marooned at the service station for an additional 3 hours, only to be informed that my car would be whisked away for several days of repairs—with no replacement vehicle offered. When I endeavored to contact the service department to inquire about obtaining a substitute car during the repair period, I was met with a maddening maze of transferred calls and unanswered questions. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE DEALER. I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST ENGAGING WITH THEM. More
