I had been in contact with other dealerships, one located only 3 mies from my home, but chose to drive 45 minutes just beacuse of the service I received during my initial inquiry. The store is new so obviously in excellent condition. All employees dressed professionally (suits etc) even on the weekends... I am in the service business, can be extremely critical - I looked, but could not find a flaw in service delivery!No hard sell on "extras" such as lo jack, insurance, accessories, warranties etc. However, I reccommend to all future Audi owners to pruchase Audi Care program - worth it's weight in gold! More
