As long as I have a good coffee, internet access and comfortable chair, I don't care how long we have to wait, and waiting time wasn't that long. We couldn't get the car with the same price they offered through phone and e-mail and we have to pay a little more than we first expected, but over all we were satisfied thanks to Alex's great service. Wow!...was I amazed at the level of service as soon as I walked through the door and was approached by my salesperson...Keith Gain. I openly admit I can be a "pain in the butt" but Keith hung in there with me and got me into a beautiful Q5 that my family loved. Now as far as the experience with dealing with my trade, selection process,financing and setting up all the features....these steps were all better than I could have imagined. Between Keith, JC, Amir, Willie, Michael and everyone at the dealership...I really can't say enough, but I do have to say, thank you! I went in to Beverly Hills Audi after speaking with Ben on the phone. From the phone conversations and me meeting him I felt completely taken care of, I honestly never though I walked (drove) off the lot, on the phone.
