I had been looking for a car for about 6 months and all the sales reps I spoke to previously at other car dealerships made me feel very pressured and turned me off from buying a car. I am especially happy with my purchase because of Genel's genuine interest in me wanting the right car. She let me test drive it multiple times, showed me everything on the car and made me feel at home in it. love it and couldn't imagine buying anything else. When I get a new car in a few years I'll be stopping by your dealership again. More
I really recomend Audi Beverly Hills since they are a new dealership. They really go out of their way to make your experience exceptional. Update: Less than an hour after I posted this review I received a call from the General Sales Manager of Audi Beverly Hills. After a short conversation with him I feel completely relieved to my concerns, which he addressed, and made an adjustments to my issues which went above my expectations. I am extremely impressed not only with the promptness to my review, but the desire to make me feel comfortable, and remedy my initial concerns. This dealership truly lives up to it's reputation. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. Original Review: I purchased an Audi Q5 from this dealership earlier this week, and the car itself is wonderful. While I enjoyed the majority of my experience dealing with Audi Beverly Hills, I did have a few issues which left me a bit uncomfortable at times. I would first like to say Keith & Amir his manager were excellent, and extremely professional, and I feel went beyond my expectations for their duties to take care of me. However, the gentleman from Finance I dealt with left a very bad taste in my mouth. When I sat down and looked at the financing numbers, compared to what was said to me; I felt a bit hustled. After putting down $30,000 as a down payment, I didn't expect any special treatment, just that I would be taken care of honestly, and genuinely. Again, Keith and Amir were excellent in negotiations, fair & to the point; I would work with either of them again happily. When I first sat with down with the gentleman from finance, he explained that the bank (lender) was wanting/ requiring me to purchase an extended warranty, and I also had to purchase a lo-jack incase my vehicle was stolen... My reward for doing so, what that the interest rate would be 2 points lower for financing; however my payments would go up nearly $150.00 per month. I simply refused and felt insulted, and actually considered leaving until Amir stepped in to fix it. I buy a new car pretty much every year, and in this type of negotiation, I immediately knew that this had nothing to do with the bank. The lender did not at any time require these things, these were simply extra's that finance was trying to sell me so they could make a higher commission, this is where I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of. On top of this, his negotiation leverage from a numbers perspective got added back on to my interest rate once I refused to purchase these additions, while he again attempted to shovel these warranties and extras down my throat even during the signing of paper work. Looking back to signing, Im still sort of unhappy with my total deal. I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle, until I get to the portion I am financing; knowing that this guy is costing me a lot of extra money by adding 2-3 points to my interest rate, makes my blood boil. If I had bought his extra incentives, I'd of had an 8.5 rate instead of 10.5% financing rate, which feels very high. I am a bit conflicted if I would buy there again. On one had the car it self, and my sales guy Keith are great. On the other, I felt lied to and manipulated by finance, the guy I dealt with was new to the company I think, but it's still no excuse to lie to a potentially valuable customer. I know the dealership has to make money, but telling me a bank is requiring something when they are not to make an extra buck is pretty scummy, and not something I would expect of a Fletcher Jones Institution. Absolutely great experience. They got me a great interest rate making the payments more than doable. The service is top notch...and no pressure to buy. They are very knowledgable about the cars and allow you to take your time with your decision. When I'm done with my car now, I will go back to buy another!! I came in to buy my same car but my hubby fell in love with the new model. By the time I left, I had learned about options I never even knew existed...and I had the car for 3 years! This dealership and it's staff can't be beat. Sam is the BEST in the business and there is nobody sweeter or more helpful than Ben. Great Great Great team over there!!! More
