From the moment I drove in, the service was great. Everybody greeted me and offered to help. I needed a ride and within minutes was at work with a cup of coffee from the dealer. I left smiling. I stopped by Audi Beverly Hills one last time to look at A4s prior to purchasing a new BMW this past Sunday. The ENTIRE experience was not horrid, as the sales person was pleasant, and I got the information A4s prior to purchasing a new BMW this past Sunday. The ENTIRE experience was not horrid, as the sales person was pleasant, and I got the information I ultimately needed, but I was highly put off by what I witnessed at the dealership. While waiting over 15 minutes for a car to test drive, which is ridiculous, I witnessed a sales manager yelling at another employee at the reception desk. I'm sure whatever she had done warranted being yelled at long enough and loudly enough to make her cry, but it probably shouldn't have been done in front of me. I liked the A4, but the lease price was far higher than the BMW, and I felt like the salesman thought I was an idiot for not wanting to pay more money for less car. It was obvious he didn't want to work in order sell me a car, and after seeing the way business is done there, I was glad not to have bought one. I won't be "recommending this dealership to my friends or family." More
Purchased a 2013 RS5 from this dealership. The experience of purchasing the vehicle was great. Karsten was one of the best sales people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would recomme experience of purchasing the vehicle was great. Karsten was one of the best sales people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would recommend him highly. Once Karsten passed me off to sign the paperwork it turned into a Toyota dealership. At that point, I was pushed to add additional warranties and paint protection even though I declined several times. Since I purchased the vehicle I agreed to the paint and tire protection... the tire protection I would recommend if you have expensive tires, it's totally worth it. The paint protection... not so much. It's a cheap wax and for the money you spend, you can have your car restored to factory new with a competent detailer for half the cost. Skip the paint protection... The finance person kept pushing and pushing the other warranties non stop...be prepared to say no...a lot. He mainly pushed the extended maintenance warranty. After a couple of months with the car, this is where it goes really bad...SERVICE. Upon my first visit for service everything went downhill...after reporting electrical problems at roughly 2400 miles they decided to take apart the car and look for a lose ground or some wire somewhere. They never informed me that they were doing that and I didn't know until I picked up my car several days later. They handed me paperwork and there were 8 pages detailing everything they removed from the car. As I went through it I realized what they did. They removed everything in the cabin, seats, center console, carpet, etc. This is a limited production, $90K car, with 2400 miles on it... you should ask if this is ok before you take apart the car. The electrical problems continued to get worse and I became a regular at the service center after that. My service advisor Patrick was amazing... unfortunately he was stuck in the middle. Things took a turn once they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car and kept stating that they could not replicate the problem. So instead of making every effort to help and correct the issues I was having, they decided to blame me for the problems and thought that I was tampering with the car. How do you tamper with a car? You start it and you drive! Who tampers with a $90K car? I'm also 40 years old, I didn't purchase this car to destroy it. They marked the engine bay with some sort of tamper proof paint... I didn't realize this until I took the car to another dealership and they refused the service stating that the car has tamper proof paint in the engine bay and it looks like BH Audi is trying to place the blame on you! Anyway, I digress, I began recording all the events that I could on my iPhone. They continued to take the car, drive it, damage it and give it back with no fixes. Almost every service they would damage a rim or tire... After one of the services where nothing was done they gave me my car back with damage to the front bumper, that was painted and covered up. This was seriously the last thing I would expect from this dealership. The bumper was damaged to the point where it needed to be replaced and they covered it up and gave it back to me. Luckily, I noticed the damage while at the dealership and after about 45 minutes of going back and forth, they agreed to have it repaired properly. They also damaged two rims and one tire during another service attempt. So during all this time nobody made an effort to apologize for the issues or the problems with the car. It turned into a blame game where they did not believe that the problems I was having were real. They even went as far as to blame me for the bumper damage! Enter the GoPro Camera... once I purchased that and put it into the car they had nothing to say. I have over 6000 Miles on the car and have been into the dealership for service over 10 times with no resolution to the matter. To this day they do not know what is wrong with the car. Oh and did mention I was yelled at by one of their representatives from Audi of America with the following statement? "Audi doesn't make perfect cars!" Seriously? This is the type of person that you have representing your brand? Anyone considering an Audi should truly consider that statement above. I lost complete trust and faith with this dealership. I am completely worn out from the experienced....sigh. I would never recommend this dealership nor would I ever purchase an Audi again... More
I went to Audi Beverly Hills to look at the Q5. While I was at the dealership, I saw a used Range Rover Sport on the lot and decided to take the car for a test drive. David Anbar assisted me and he was in was at the dealership, I saw a used Range Rover Sport on the lot and decided to take the car for a test drive. David Anbar assisted me and he was incredibly helpful. He allowed me to take the car on a long test drive and he answered all of my questions about the car (even though this was an Audi dealership and they aren't experts in Range Rovers). I decided to purchase the Range Rover and the Audi dealership was reasonable in negoting a fair price for the car. David was a consummate professional and made sure to get my paperwork finished as quickly as possible so I didn't have to waste any time at the dealership. He was also very helpful in tracking down the second key for the Range Rover - the prior owner of the car had only left one key with the dealership, so David contacted the prior owner and was able to get the owner to bring the second key to the dealership so that I now have both keys for my Range Rover Sport. I would highly recommend David if you are in the market for an Audi - he is a thoughtful professional and NOTHING like the slimey car salesmen that you might encounter at other dealerships. More

First off I rarely take or for that matter have the time to write a business complimenting the service they provide. But given the extraordinary experience I've just had with Andrew Dolseth and John Collis to write a business complimenting the service they provide. But given the extraordinary experience I've just had with Andrew Dolseth and John Collis, I am making an exception. Never in my years of buying cars, have I experienced two people more knowledgeable, direct and accommodating. Given that I would gladly suffer root canal work than enter any car dealership, my hats off to them. Like many buyers, I wanted the car, then I didn't, then I did, then.... you get the point. Andrew suffered through my automotive version of Hamlet with patience and equanimity. Then came his knowledge of the car; then his offering up alternatives. All of this in a low key manner that an the end of the day had me actually wanting to buy a car; ANY car, from him because his manner. And one small anecdote. I bought the car, a pre owned TT, and a glitch happened with the programming of the key. It wouldn't start. I texted him late at night long after he left work. To be short, he solved the problem and couldn't have made me feel better. All this on his own time. Now, for John Collis. Normally when I see a manager come over to close a deal, my mind goes to water boarding. Collis was great. Made a great deal with a wonderful combination of grace, directness and good will. A true professional. So my kudos to Beverly Hills Audi. Did I have a great experience? You bet. When my wife trades in her Q5, will you get our business? You bet Will I recommend Beverly Hills Audi to friend? You bet. Will I ever spend this amount of time writing another car dealer about their service and product. I wouldn't bet on it More

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Audi Beverly Hills, particularly with the help provided by David Anbar. After driving around Los Angeles for weeks, dealing with pushy salespeople at other dealer Hills, particularly with the help provided by David Anbar. After driving around Los Angeles for weeks, dealing with pushy salespeople at other dealerships, I was relieved at how kind and helpful David was with me, especially since it was my first car purchase. Unlike other dealers, many of whom seemed to try to take advantage of this, David understood my concerns and offered me all his assistance in finding me a car and a deal that would make me happy. Audi Beverly Hills wants to create repeat customers, and based on the excellent price and customer service they gave me, they're sure to be successful in achieving that goal. More

First, I live in Santa Monica and ended-up in Bev Hills b/c of the poor inventory and surprisingly blase and unhelpful attitude of the salespeople at Santa Monica. Once in Bev Hills, I learned they always provide free car washes on weekdays and free loaners during servicing, etc... for their clients. They also have now proven themselves to be stellar in all aspects of customer service. Today, I went back to the dealership after 8 weeks of owning an A6 to ask a question about seat warmers. They were eager to help me in the Sales dept, even though the car was already mine and there was no new deal to be made. When we realized my problem would be difficult to solve, the team rallied and I walked away with a new car (same color, but actually an upgrade in a few ways). I didn't pay a cent. And as an aside, there was nothing actually wrong with the car -- just something I wasn't happy with that they couldn't change on that car.... DAVID ANBAR was fantastic. This was a straight exchange, and he still spent over 2 hours with me, readying the new car and ensuring I was totally comfortable with the controls and functions (including connecting my iPhone and helping me with my music presets). He was perfectly knowledgable about every aspect of the car and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. J.C. also was friendly and helpful in the process. We will go back to Bev Hills Audio for all future cars -- David in particular. Thank you, David!!! More
