I have no words to describe the level of professionalism & friendliness of Ken. I didn't purchase my new Audi this time from Beverly Hills. I got it in San Diego. There was an adjustment that needed to be made to one of the doors. Ken treated me like family. The best customer service experience I've ever received from a service advisor from any dealership. He is truly the nicest person. Even stayed a few minutes after to help me pick up my car, had it ready for me. It was after closing. Didn't rush me. Didn't make me feel I held him so he could go home to his family. When my car wasn't cleaned properly, I pointed something out in the back seat, Ken got a rag & cleaner & cleaned it himself at 7:15 at night when everyone was already on their way home.
