Great as always Brought the car in for a faulty air suspension. Had it towed from my place to the dealer, they gave me an A4 for rental. Car was ready friday but I wasn't able to pick it up. So I kept the rental over the weekend, and had a hassle free return on monday. No problems at all. Ken is a great service advisor, also pointed out some safety issues I had with my tires. Overall great experience. More

This was my first time special ordering a car, having to wait for it I've bought cars in the past but this was definitely a new and unique experience. This was my first time special ordering a car, having to wait for it to be made, and had the car and paperwork delivered to me at my workplace and then delivered to my wife at home who signed the paperwork as a co-buyer. And I dealt with most of the logistics through text message. Ben was great! He was very friendly, bought me a Starbucks drink and explained everything necessary for the purchase.
