He was very transparent and got back to us right away throughout the whole process. He also made getting out of our previous lease a breeze. The service was done quickly, the rental car was nice and my car was shiny and clean when I got it back. My AC is finally fixed and all other issues seem to be taken care of. The atmosphere feels to be very different: people are friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back here when I need service next time. More

When I arrived that morning I had no idea I would leave in a new car (+ trade in my old vehicle for a fair price). I visited two other Audi dealerships in the area during my search and the experience was fair to good, but nothing close to the level of excellence I experienced in Beverly Hills. Faye also did a nice job explaining various maintenance and care options and solidifying the deal. I'll be heading back next time I need car or when my wife is ready for an upgrade. More
