Top Notch I live out of State. I was shopping on Auto Trader and found an Audi online at Audi Beverly Hills. The listed price was exceptionally low especially I live out of State. I was shopping on Auto Trader and found an Audi online at Audi Beverly Hills. The listed price was exceptionally low especially given the vehicle's ridiculously low mileage. So, I decided to inquire by phone to see if it was too good to be true. Trenton answered all of my questions over the phone and even sent me pictures. Trenton and the sales manager, Lewis, further kept in touch with me over the phone to get financing lined up. Based on the outstanding price and low miles, I decided to take a leap of faith and traveled there two days later to see the vehicle. The car was everything, and more, as they described. They had the papers and vehicle ready when I showed up. I signed papers with the finance manager, Sharon, and was on my way within about an hour. Everything was effortless. Everyone from start to finish was genuinely friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more impressed with the service, personal attention, and the price of the vehicle. Two thumbs up! More

I'm bicoastal and have only been in the area for a few weeks, but by dealing with Chris Woodson, it provided me with immense comfortability and satisfaction that I would not be able to find at another dealership. Chris really has a quality in his personality that many lack, which is always being able to meet his clients' needs while establishing excellent relationships. His standards and ethics have exceeded any person that I have dealt with in the auto industry; he definitely goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are satisfied! My repair took around a week to complete due to parts delivery, but Chris made sure I was taken care of by providing me with a new Audi Supercharged A4 as a loaner vehicle. Also, Chris provided me with his cell phone number, and he contacted me daily regarding the status of my S5. There was never a delay in communication; I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on. Chris' execution and persistence to resolve the issue of my vehicle was immaculate and could not have gone any better!
