Andrew is an exceptional service agent! I have been servicing my car at Audi for years. There has not been a single time that Andrew and the staff at Audi have not Gone above and beyond thei I have been servicing my car at Audi for years. There has not been a single time that Andrew and the staff at Audi have not Gone above and beyond their responsibility to make sure Everything was taken care of promptly and properly the first time. I stopped by without an appointment this time thinking it would be a quick visit to put batteries in my key. Andrew assessed that my car needed a maintenance and had me in a rental in a few minutes.
