Easy, quick and great I love my new Audi TT. The only thing is that I was told because it was a certified pre- own, I had 6 years warranty or 100,000 miles. Turns out the w I love my new Audi TT. Turns out the warranty expires this January and was talked into a full warranty , even though my brother told me not to. Once I got into the car and started driving, the audio/ bluetooth system is terrible and I had to go to Al & Ed's to put in a whole new system because there is no back up camera and I did not like the way the phone works. I was not nearly as satisfied with the dealership that is closer to my house and was not offered a rental or loaner car. I plan to return to BH Audi if my car should require service in the future.
