I recently moved to Palm Springs and made the mistake of trying out the local Rancho Mirage Audi service dept. BIG MISTAKE as they wasted my time and money with deceptive business practices, murky pricing, trying out the local Rancho Mirage Audi service dept. BIG MISTAKE as they wasted my time and money with deceptive business practices, murky pricing, and mansplaining.... I've been spoiled by Audi BH and their service so am now driving 100 miles for servicing. Every step is quick and painless, from scheduling an appointment to making a plan with my service advisor (Carlos - he's wonderful!) to dropping off to retrieving my car. They go the extra mile and have nice perks like complimentary coffee bar, loaner car or ride home, car wash. Only negative was a delay during pick up this last time because my car hadn't yet been washed. They're always so good about doing it before I get there, but this time it wasn't done (and I was an hour+ later than I scheduled so there should have been time). Minor thing - will just ask about that before I go to pick up next time. Love Audi BH!! More

This man had the worse behaviour I ever experienced. Not only he belittled my partner telling him his was a bad “client” as he didn’t even remember that my partner bought a car the previous week in his shop only he belittled my partner telling him his was a bad “client” as he didn’t even remember that my partner bought a car the previous week in his shop but he had a MISOGYNIST misconduct toward me. While I was asking questions about the car that I wanted to purchase, he turned to my partner and talked in an other language to him ( Farsi, as my partner is Iranien) and evinced me completely from the conversation. Just because I was a woman and he considered that I shouldn’t understand. It is my partner who kindly asked him to come back to English as it wasn’t respectful. This attitude is not acceptable, especially in a country like America and first as a client and second as a woman. I have never experience such discriminatory attitude. More

Horrible individual, bad temper, rude and not polite, He has ZERO respect for the client and I can see that I am not the only one to be chocked by his behaviour here..This guy is really agressif and has NO has ZERO respect for the client and I can see that I am not the only one to be chocked by his behaviour here..This guy is really agressif and has NO understanding and will do his best to make you feel insignificant and unconformable. He also said that he prefers to make more money by selling his cars on auction rather that selling to his clients. He hasn't decent flexibility with his prices. I prefer to with my money to an other company. I will never come back there. More
