Once it arrived, he made the delivery/handing over process for the car extremely smooth and efficient. He made it real pleasure to purchase a car from Audi Bethesda, and did not make me regret buying an Audi after purchasing two Mercedes Benz cars over the last 8 years. More

I am very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I contacted a sales specialist yesterday and expressed my interest in a certified pre-owned car. After several texts, videos of the car, dealership. I contacted a sales specialist yesterday and expressed my interest in a certified pre-owned car. After several texts, videos of the car, etc., we scheduled an appointment for 10:00am. I drove 3 hours to test drive and buy this car. When I arrived, on-time, another customer was test driving the car and eventually bought it, all while I stood in the waiting area. I've never had this happen before and was met with very little remorse by the sales specialist who scheduled the appointment. I will not consider this dealership in the future. More
