It is obvious in the first minutes of meeting that he is highly experienced in his knowledge of everything audi, and has even more experience making his client feel understood and looked-after. He is incredibly passionate and thoughtful with an eye for detail. I felt as though I was buying from a friend despite never talking to the man before showing up!(my fault, he tried many times to reach out, I am unorganized!). Jimmy is a gem and I would fly cross-country to make another purchase with him any time.
