First-rate My nearly 14-year-old Audi A4 was not worth repairing, and Ken Smith in service told me he'd put me in touch with a good salesman. David Engel called, we made a date, then sat down and talked new and used cars, talked life, talked trash – and David acquitted himself very well in all three categories. He quickly came up with a slightly used (loaner) 2019 Audi A4, which I bought. He answered my questions, generally smoothed the way, and had the good sense not to try to sell me. He didn't have to since he came up with the goods. First-rate. I spoke briefly with Simone who seemed pleasant and arranged the financial business with Victor who's very efficient. What more could I ask for? I've left the optional star ratings blank because I'm not sure they apply. More
