I had a great experience buying my car from David. The events following have been extremely frustrating. I have contacted the dealership several times over the last 2 weeks with no response regarding my t events following have been extremely frustrating. I have contacted the dealership several times over the last 2 weeks with no response regarding my title and tags. I bought my car in January and now it is June. I understand that many things have been delayed due to coronavirus, but the DMV is now processing documents. My temp plates expired in April (I know expirations are extended). My frustration lies in the lack of response from the dealership. I have emailed and called with no success. Due to my job, calling is not always the best way to reach me and I have relayed this to the dealership - but still no response via email or phone. I understand if they don’t have an update regarding the title or tags but at least tell me that instead of ignoring my inquiry. I need to know what to tell the bank who issued by lien and keeps requesting my title. More

Even with the ongoing pandemic, Jimmy made things very easy. I had done a lot of research ahead of time so I mostly knew what I wanted. I arrived the first afternoon, and he had the car ready with AC easy. I had done a lot of research ahead of time so I mostly knew what I wanted. I arrived the first afternoon, and he had the car ready with AC on for a test drive. When the exact one I liked wasn’t there he walked me through the various vehicles in stock and what features I wanted or didn’t need. I had put one on hold that day but when it seemed like it would take a while (port delivery furlough issues) he quickly looked for other close options, and the next morning I had a car. It was probably one of the faster car buying experiences. The longest part was actually getting my car insurance squared away while they waited. Once I had the car, he walked me through a lot of the features and showed me how to use them. Great experience! Thanks again! More

Don’t trust this dealership! My husband bought a CERTIFIED S8 from this dealership. You would think to trust a dealership when a car is certified. Our job took us to a different c My husband bought a CERTIFIED S8 from this dealership. You would think to trust a dealership when a car is certified. Our job took us to a different country and we ended up having to sell the car so we took it to CarMax. We’ve always had a great experience with CarMax. They asked if the car had been wrecked and we told them NO, it was CERTIFIED by Bethesda. The went to look the car over and called us out to look at the car. They showed us the panel connection pieces had been replaced, which is a sign the car had been wrecked and repaired. Tell me, how in the xxxx can CarMax clearly see and know that a car had been wrecked yet the Audi dealership in Bethesda can’t. THEY F’N LIED!!! They knew. Get this, we saw the CarFax on the car and it didn’t show any listings of damage or repairs. AFTER we bought the car, CarMax printed the carFax for us at again...AFTER we bought the car, the damage from 2016 showed up. We bought the car in 2017!!! How in the xxxx does that happen. We called the dealership to tell them and they said to bring the car back in. We had already sold the car, which i had put a lot of money down on this car to begin with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I have all the proof this happened and tried everything to get his taken care of but they refused to compensate us. So, I will post this review on EVERY form of media possible. Do NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT TRUST the CARFAX reports they show you. Certified doesn’t mean squat to them. From the very pissed off wife! While Simone is management, she truly has an open door approach when it comes to her staff and the customers. She’s excellent and runs the new car part of the dealership great! Jimmy was excellent with the transition into an electric car. He knows the Audi brand very well. And his personality, it’s great! He actually helped making spending $$$ pleasurable.
