After finding the truck on AutoTempest and inquiring about the availability, Audi Bethesda got back to me within minutes and scheduled a test drive the same day. We were not familiar with the area, so a member of their team kindly joined us for the test drive. After the test drive, we were introduced to David to begin the next steps of purchasing the truck. There were a few speed bumps in acquiring documents required on my end, but David was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Once into the financing steps with Ellie, we were not 100% satisfied with the numbers. Instead of receiving push-back we talked and worked through a few steps to get the numbers in a more satisfying range. We drove away with the truck same day and are extremely satisfied. The biggest seller for us was the engagement of the Audi Bethesda Team. Each and every member we met was engaged in conversations with us beyond the sale. Just my personal opinion, but for me the only downside is the fact they do not haggle. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you Audi Bethesda! More

Easy in- easy out Found the car on TrueCar without pics, it wasn't ready for sale yet (had to go through inspection) but JImmy texted me photos of the car.
