Unethical / Shady business practices They advertise a buy from home option. Was purchasing a 2018 Audi Q5 and had the Buyers agreement signed and sent to bank to have check cut. Offered They advertise a buy from home option. Was purchasing a 2018 Audi Q5 and had the Buyers agreement signed and sent to bank to have check cut. Offered to drive 2 hours to pick up car and said car wasn't available until the next day due to not passing MD inspection. Called to confirm how check should be made out and picked up the bank check. Called Tony to tell him that I had the money ready and could come now to pick up if it would be ready. As I was told that someone was buying it now. So unethical! Not sure how you have a signed buyers agreement and communicated hourly following their process and they sell it from underneath you. They wash their hands of it and said it wasn't secured until cash in hand. Wish they would have said that sooner. Tried to discuss with Mgr and Simone Durbin could care less about how customers are treated. Very disappointed and unprofessional. More
