David Engel from the very beginning was just simply superb. He was responsive, informative, and extremely professional. He was the sole reason why we were convinced that buying the Audi Q5 was the ri superb. He was responsive, informative, and extremely professional. He was the sole reason why we were convinced that buying the Audi Q5 was the right decision. We had looked at the BMW X3, Infiniti QX50, Lexus RX and NX, Acura, Mercedes, and a slew of other makes. David never disparaged any of those cars but focused on the strengths of the Audi Q5. His knowledge of the Q5 permitted him to answer all of our questions. To show how convincing he was, we ordered our Q5 in February of 2020 for a delivery in late May or early June. Then Covid-19 hit and we didn't get the car until early September. During that time, we had a chance to look at some of the 2021 new cars such as BMW X3i. But nothing matched the Audi Q5. David should be commended for his customer focus as well as his knowledge. Thanks David. You done good by us. We couldn't be happier. More
