Then, when it turned out that what we wanted was quite unusual, he found one for us several states away, and got it delivered promptly to Bethesda. And, not least, we got a very nice deal on the A4. This is our second great experience with Jacob Jay and the team at Audi Bethesda. Jacob reached out and was in contact well before our lease period ran out, presenting financing options, certified pre- the team at Audi Bethesda. Jacob reached out and was in contact well before our lease period ran out, presenting financing options, certified pre-owned, and other lease options at our request. We test drove the 2019 e-tron but decided on leasing a Q7. Jacob acquired a very rare 2020 Q7 that was an excellent fit for our needs and wants. We loved the Q5 as our intro to the Audi brand but need more space as we need to fit not one but two carseats come January. As always, we chose Audi Bethesda because of Jacob and his dedication to customer service, knowledge as a brand specialist, and appealing and helpful sales strategy. He listens, reads our emails, and respects our time. I look forward to many more transactions with Jacob at Audi Bethesda. More
