I bought a Mercedes E63 AMG. I was paying by Bank check and asked for the total costs. I took a check in that amount and when the paperwork was done they ended up charging me about $400.00 less that antic and asked for the total costs. I also found that one of the wheels was bent and that there was a creaking noise in the sunroof. My salesman Juan told me that I had a 30 day warranty and they would refund $250.00 towards the wheel repair. They told me that they would send me a check in a week to 10 days. I have emailed and called multiple times and cannot get an answer. I have not received the over $600.00 that they owe me and the 30 days warranty is almost up and they are totally unresponsive. I can't believe that an authorized Audi dealer is so unreliable. I wold NEVER deal with them again! Kenneth Green More
